FL Dept of Corrections Transitional Housing Program Harbor House Group, Inc is contracted with the Florida Dept of Corrections and offers a six month residential program for soon to be released and recently released (90 day window from date of release) inmates with a substance abuse problem that are in the Florida (state-not county) prison system. Homeless Veterans with Substance Abuse The V.A Homeless Health Care System offers a six-month residential placement at Harbor House for veterans with substance abuse problems.
